I am writing to you to tell you how much my family and I appreciates all the things that you have done for us during the time that we have known you. Please accept our sincere gratitude for all your help, as well as the help of your organization during our family crisis, and the recent passing of my wife. Your daily inquiries and offers to help has continued to let my family know how much you cared. You will never know how much I have appreciated your kindness and consideration during the difficult time of the fire that left us homeless as well as the continued support when my wife became ill to her passing. I have looked forward to your ongoing calls and text messages to just check in on how we are doing.

I really cannot express in words how much my family appreciates everything that you and your organization has done and continues to do for us. Thanks for being so caring and supportive to us we really appreciate it. I am truly thankful for people like you and coming into my family’s life. I can honestly say you have become a very dear friend to me and my family.

This is my letter of sincere thanks to Mr. Hinton, Mr. Parrott and the whole staff of Family Assistance Resource Center – everyone has truly made a huge difference in the lives of myself and 4 children!!! After the fire on Berwyn St during Memorial Day weekend, we all had major adjustments and changes. Picking up the pieces and rebuilding again has been a struggle, however through the grace of God, this struggle was made easier from the help of the Resource Center!!!

The items given ranged from towels, sheets and other linens to dressers and beds. I even received a beautiful table and chair set for my kitchen, lamps for all the children and even desks for them so they can do their schoolwork comfortably!!! The quality of the furniture and all the other items are superb and the efforts from the staff to make sure we had everything we need was outstanding 😁.

I am so very grateful for this blessing…a major weight has been lifted from my shoulders!!! Everyone who has been involved are truly wonderful people and I thank God for all of you 😇
