Family Assistance Resource Center is a non-profit organization serving the state of New Jersey . Family Assistance Resource Center’s goal is to help the victims of fire in New Jersey by soliciting, collecting and supplying Clothing’s, Furniture’s, financial support and Food for distribution through a network of service agencies and programs that serve our target population groups. Our services include Non-perishable food items, emergency shelter, Clothing’s and Furniture’s that will provide day to day needs to families that have become homeless due to the disaster of a fire. Family Assistance Resource Center receives support charitable organizations, families, friends and corporations.
Family Assistance Resource Center is presently helping families in Orange NJ who became victims of a ravaging fire. These families are middle-income families who need emergency help to put food on the table and clothes on their back. Nearly half of those served by the program are children. Family Assistance Resource Center operates a warehouse facility where we store donations for distribution. The program actively solicits clothing’s and food from locals, retailers and wholesalers. In addition, it will be fair to estimate that the numbers of families who need services from Family Assistance Resource Center are increasing because of fires. Family Assistance Resource Center is an important resource to these families because we can respond quickly with one of the most important resources these families need. Clothing, Shelter and Food!
